Hi there! I'm Sandy, the owner of PRo Prep. Two of my passions in life are fitness and being creative. You know what they say, DO WHAT YOU LOVE! So I created a business that combines the two! I have worn many hats in the fitness industry over the years. I have been a personal trainer, (aka body sculptor) competitor and a gym owner. As for my creative positions, I was a display artist in the fashion industry, enjoyed working for a jewelry designer, then stumbled upon becoming a makeup artist/photographer's assistant which I loved. I've enjoy helping others feel good and look their best in the fitness industry for over 10 years.

I have a great team of ladies that work with me to create your stage look. Some of them have also competed, so will be able to explain or answer questions about the competition day or process, especially if you are a beginner. We're a friendly group that will gladly  help you through the competition jitters, so ask away! We will make you look your best and make it a fun experience!
